So, the holidays are coming up. One of my favorite times of year. I love the chilly weather.

Not sure what I'm doing for Thanksgiving. I get a 5 day weekend again, so that'll make me happy. We may or may not go out of town. Whatever we decide.

Christmas, well, I definately won't be in the cold. I'm going to Trinidad for Christmas, and I'm soooo excited. It'll be the 2nd time I've been out of the county.

I've been trying new things, making new friends. I joined an online book club called Chicks on Lit, and I'm reading books that I would have never on my own. I discuss things with people, and even added some of them on Facebook. It's been fun!

My goals for the new year:
1. Finally finish filing all of my paper in my study. (Both studies really)
2. Finish more of my to-read list.
3. Do more puzzles...I just love jigsaw puzzles.
4. Really keep a journal this year, not a once or twice a year one...but a daily.
5. Reconnect with some lost relationships.
6. Last but not least, get more a backbone with dealing with people. Not to be afraid when I have to actually deal with someone...insurance, mortgage, etc.

Yeah, that's what I got for now. I'm kinda sad, my DA subscription expired...no more stamps! I will see what I can do.
